Players must be registered with USA Volleyball before attending any tryout
Bring your ID Card with you to Tryouts along with Signed Medical Release Form

Things to bring to Tryouts:
Tryout Fee of $75.00. Cash or Check only please. (If you pre-registered we will have your information)
USAV Medical History and Release Form (No Notary is needed until the team selections and signing)
Copy of Birth Certificate
A current picture (if possible to help us remember your face)
Proof of your USAV Membership Registration, including the member number. This is obtained by completing the USAV registration from the North Texas Region website. Please print it and bring a copy with you to tryouts.
We will collect a deposit of $1,500 at the time of signing.
